Stamper founded Progressive Homesellers in 2005 with a vision of low cost, flat-fee real estate transactions as the future of the industry. A gentleman named Frederick Baron is dying of multiple myeloma, which is a very deadly cancer - he has only days to live. His son Andrew then located a possible miracle cure: one of Frederick’s doctors discovered last that a drug called Tysabri, produced by Biogen Idec, may cure the cancer. The drug was not FDA approved for treating multiple myeloma, but Baron’s father has a number of very prominent friends, including Lance Armstrong, Bill Clinton, John Kerry, Senator Tom Harkin and Senator Edward Kennedy. All of these people went to bat for Frederick, personally requesting that the FDA approve the use of Tysabri. FDA Administrator Andrew von Eschenbach approved it, and the drug was rushed to Frederick Baron’s hospital. But, incredibly, according to Techcrunch.com, Biogen CEO James Mullen, has refused to approve the experimental use of the drug for Baron, despite personal pleas calls from all of the aforementioned VIPs .
